Fat Joe Reveals How He Discovered Big Pun, DJ Khaled and Origin of ‘Terror Squad’ Name

Here it is … the REAL origin story of the Terror Squad told by the fearless leader himself, Fat Joe!

The hip hop legend took a stroll down memory lane during a recent appearance on “I Am Athlete” … telling Brandon Marshall, Chad Ochocino and the rest of the gang how “Terror Squad” was the brainchild of a former bankrobber.

“There was two brothers that made up Terror Squad,” Joe said … “They were graffiti writers and I looked up to them. They both gone. One his name is Gizmo. One his name is Cosmo. Cosmo used to rob banks … they just outgrew the graffiti thing.”

Joe says he was just 12-years-old when the brothers blessed him with the “TS” name — and the rest is history.
